Most governmental and administrative offices throughout Colorado Springs, El Paso County, and Fountain will observe the federal holiday with full closures.

This includes city administration buildings, county offices, and both state and federal agencies. Similarly, all federal, state, county, and municipal courts will be closed, so any scheduled hearings or administrative tasks will need to be rescheduled.

For those relying on public services, the Pikes Peak Library District will close all its locations for the day.
