Winter's Last Gasp: Snow Ends, Arctic Chill Settles In

And then, for your Tuesday, folks, you're going to feel that cold. It's going to be a raw, arctic chill that really makes you want to bundle up.

Daytime highs on Tuesday are expected to struggle, barely getting out of the teens for most of us. But here's the kicker: with a blustery wind accompanying those cold temperatures, the wind chill factor will make it feel even colder, perhaps well below zero at times. So, please, if you're heading out, layer up, cover exposed skin, and make sure the kids are bundled properly for school.
