WATCH: Colorado Gov. Jared Polis delivers State of the State speech

Colorado Gov. is set to deliver his sixth State of the State address to the legislature Thursday, laying out his priorities for . Polis is expected to begin his remarks shortly after 11 a.m. to a joint session of lawmakers, state officials, dignitaries and other guests in the House chambers. The address comes after a mixed year for Polis.
