Here, Shri Radhakrishnan will grace the Founder's Day Celebration of the Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT). Later that day, the Vice President will make his way to Bengaluru, Karnataka, where he’s slated to be the Chief Guest at the centenary celebrations honouring the late former Karnataka Chief Minister, Ramakrishna Hegde, at the iconic Vidhana Soudha. Friday, August 30th, sees a deep dive into the rich cultural and media landscape of Keralam. First on the agenda is the 115th anniversary celebration of the esteemed Malayalam daily, Kerala Kaumudi, taking place at the Leo XIII Higher Secondary School in Alappuzha. Following this, the Vice President will travel to Pathanamthitta to inaugurate the much-anticipated Aranmula Water Festival 2026, a truly spectacular showcase of Kerala's unique traditions. And as if that weren't enough, his day will conclude in Thiruvananthapuram, where he's set to inaugurate the grand Onam Pageantry – a fitting climax to a day steeped in local heritage and joy.
