Utah's Weather Whims: Prepare for Valley Clouds & Rain, While Mountains Get a Snowy Hug!

Travel through mountain passes could become a bit tricky, so anyone heading up there should definitely exercise caution, maybe even give the roads department a quick check before hitting the road. It's always better to be safe than sorry, right?
