In a significant stride towards unraveling a complex inter-state honeytrap and blackmail network, Kerala Police have unearthed a cache of counterfeit diplomatic identity cards from the residence of the prime accused, Chaitanyananda, also known as Chai-chan. The recovered identity cards, deceptively purporting to be issued by the "International Human Rights Council," are believed to have been instrumental in the accused's elaborate schemes.

Chaitanyananda, along with his wife Arsha, stands accused of masterminding a sprawling operation that involved luring targets into compromising situations, recording them, and then using the incriminating material for blackmail and financial extortion.
