Assistant sub-inspector Gurdip Singh confirmed the development, stating, "Avtar Singh was booked after a thorough investigation.

His specific role in the mishap will be determined as the probe progresses." Authorities have also seized the car involved, a Hyundai Verna, as part of the ongoing investigation, marking a significant step towards uncovering the full truth behind Rohit's tragic demise.
