Two Arrested, Juvenile Held Over Jharkhand Man’s Murder in Jharsuguda

Late last week, the quiet lanes of Jharsuguda were shattered by a gruesome discovery: the lifeless body of a 45‑year‑old man from Jharkhand, who had been traveling through the district for business. Neighbours reported hearing raised voices near the highway, but by the time help arrived the victim was already beyond aid.

Local police, acting on tips from residents and CCTV footage from a nearby shop, zeroed in on two suspects. One of them, a 19‑year‑old local, was taken into custody on the spot.
