Twenty Charges for Two PEI Youths After Alleged Stolen Vehicle Spree

The individuals, identified as a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, were eventually apprehended by authorities after what must have been a concerted effort by local law enforcement to bring the alleged spree to a halt.
