Tragedy Strikes Seattle Festival: Three Dead, Multiple Injured in Space Needle Area Shooting

One of the key developments came with the arrest of a 15-year-old male, who is now in custody, facing investigation for firearms violations and first-degree assault. He's expected to appear in court Monday afternoon. While one suspect surrendered at the scene, another reportedly fled, leading to an initial search for a second individual.
