Tragedy in Bengaluru: Techie Found Dead in Locked Apartment

A truly somber discovery has shaken a quiet residential area in Bengaluru, as a 32-year-old techie, identified as Srikanth S, was found deceased inside his locked apartment. The grim scene, which unfolded in Kasavanahalli within the Marathahalli police station limits, has naturally led authorities to launch a thorough investigation into the suspicious circumstances surrounding his untimely death.

It was a truly unsettling scene, unfolding after neighbors, understandably concerned by a persistent foul odor emanating from the flat, alerted authorities. When police arrived at the Kasavanahalli residence, they found the apartment sealed shut from the inside, necessitating a forced entry. Inside, they made the heartbreaking discovery of Srikanth's body.

Initial assessments by the police suggest that Srikanth's death may have occurred some two to three days prior to the discovery. While a definitive cause is yet to be established, officers are currently working under the suspicion of suicide. This unfortunate timing meant Srikanth was alone in the apartment when the tragic event occurred, leaving a void that was only discovered days later.

The Marathahalli police have registered a case under "death under suspicious circumstances" and are diligently pursuing all possible angles. His parents have been informed of the devastating news and are reportedly on their way to Bengaluru. This investigation is still very much in its early stages, and authorities are meticulously piecing together the events that led to this deeply saddening conclusion.
