Stone Cold's 3:16 Day Extravaganza Electrifies WWE Raw on the Road to WrestleMania

You just knew it was going to be an unforgettable night when the rattlesnake himself, Stone Cold Steve Austin, was advertised for WWE Raw. And oh, what a way to kick things off from the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C.! Right from the jump, the Texas Rattlesnake burst onto the scene, beer cans in hand, ready to deliver some good old-fashioned Stone Cold justice. Byron Saxton, bless his heart, found himself on the receiving end of an early Stunner – a classic move to set the tone! But the real fireworks started when Becky Lynch, the Man herself, joined the party. After a playful (and perfectly executed) Stunner on Becky, things got serious. Shayna Baszler, Becky's WrestleMania opponent, made her presence felt, only to be promptly met with a Stunner from Austin, with a little assist from Lynch. After that insane start, the in-ring action picked up with Becky Lynch taking on Kairi Sane in a non-title bout. It was a solid showing from both women, but The Man, as expected, secured the victory, keeping her momentum high heading into her epic clash with Baszler at WrestleMania. Later, the tag team division saw some great action when Andrade and Angel Garza, a truly talented (and stylish) duo, faced off against the high-flying pairing of Rey Mysterio and Humberto Carrillo. Andrade and Garza, showcasing their ruthless chemistry, ultimately picked up the win, further solidifying their dominance.

Drew McIntyre, meanwhile, continued to cement himself as the next big thing, cutting an intense promo where he absolutely promised to dismantle Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. You could feel his focus, his hunger; he was ready to become the WWE Champion, no doubt about it. We also saw Bobby Lashley make short work of Zack Ryder, a quick, impactful win that kept Lashley looking strong.

One of the night's most anticipated matches featured the Raw Tag Team Champions, The Street Profits, defending their titles against Seth Rollins and Murphy. It felt like the whole arena was on the edge of its seat for this one! The match itself was fantastic, back and forth, with incredible athleticism. Just when it looked like Rollins and Murphy might regain the gold, Kevin Owens, ever the wildcard, interfered, allowing The Street Profits to retain their championships in a truly thrilling encounter. As if that wasn't enough, Shayna Baszler then delivered a chilling promo, making it clear she was coming for Becky Lynch's Raw Women's Championship, no matter what.

The 24/7 Championship made its usual chaotic appearance, with Riddick Moss successfully defending his title against Cedric Alexander. Then there was AJ Styles, really leaning into his new persona, delivering a fiery promo that taunted The Undertaker, further stoking the flames for their dream match at WrestleMania. Liv Morgan also picked up a hard-fought victory against Natalya, thanks to a little distraction from Ruby Riott at ringside. And who could forget Randy Orton's chilling words, continuing his deeply personal and disturbing mind games with Edge, building towards their Last Man Standing match.

The evening's penultimate match saw Aleister Black go head-to-head with Seth Rollins. It was a hard-hitting affair, as you'd expect from these two. Unfortunately for Rollins, Murphy's interference led to a disqualification, handing Black the win. It was a bit of a messy finish, but it certainly kept the Rollins/Murphy storyline ticking along nicely.

But let's be honest, everyone was waiting for the grand finale: Stone Cold's official 3:16 Day celebration. And he did not disappoint! Joined by Becky Lynch and The Street Profits, it was a full-blown beer bash in the ring. Byron Saxton, for some reason, just can't stay out of trouble, because he ended up getting another Stunner! Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford also got in on the Stunner action, proving no one is safe on 3:16 Day.
