St. Regis Bali Introduces the First Jack’s Club – A Summer of Jazz, Signature Cocktails & Timeless Elegance

On a warm Bali evening, the St. Regis Bali Resort lifts the curtain on Jack’s Club – the brand’s inaugural club‑style activation set inside a luxury resort. It feels a bit like stepping back into a 1920s New York lounge, only with a breezy Balinese twist.

For three months, the usually polished St. Regis Bar becomes a playground for live jazz, meticulously crafted drinks and curated culinary moments. The ambience shifts from the usual resort calm to a gentle hum of saxophones and piano, inviting patrons to linger a little longer over conversation and cocktails.

The name Jack’s Club pays homage to John Jacob Astor IV, the original visionary behind The St. Regis New York. It’s a nod to an era when evenings were defined by sophisticated banter, dazzling entertainment and flawless service – values the resort hopes to echo on the sands of Nusa Dua.

Mixology takes centre stage thanks to a duo of celebrated bartenders. Marco Dongi joins forces with Jakkrit “Golf” Promchaisit, the head mixologist of Bangkok’s Bar Sathorn (ranked #48 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars). Together they conjure limited‑edition cocktails that blend Jazz‑Age glamour with Bali’s tropical flair.

Food lovers aren’t left out either. Chef Andrea Cofini – formerly of the two‑Michelin‑starred L'Atelier Robuchon – partners with the resort’s flagship restaurant Kayuputi for a special menu that marries his contemporary vision with the restaurant’s celebrated Pan‑Asian style.

Music programming mirrors the club’s heritage. From Tuesday to Thursday the intimate tones of Bossa Nova set a relaxed mood. Then, Friday through Sunday, resident vocalist Whitney Pharoe, a South‑African talent who’s performed across Dubai and Spain, commands the stage with a five‑piece band, delivering jazz standards, soulful ballads and modern favourites.

All of this is underscored by the sparkle of Dom Pérignon, offered as a pairing option, and the ever‑present luxury service that defines the St. Regis brand.
