Shocking Allegations: BJP MP's Sister Brutally Assaulted by Husband and Son; Two Arrested

The incident unfolded when 42-year-old Rekha Kishore visited her in-laws' residence to meet her child.

Responding promptly to her complaint, the Kakori police station registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Munna Lal and Deepak.

The charges filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) include Section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), Section 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and Section 506 (criminal intimidation). Rekha Kishore has been living separately from her husband for some time now, residing in a rented accommodation in the Thakurganj area.
