Sajid Nadiadwala’s Production House Signs Up for a New Andheri Office Space

When you think of Bollywood power‑houses, you usually picture glossy film sets and glitzy premieres. But behind the scenes, a lot of business happens in plain‑sounding office blocks, and Sajid Nadiadwala’s outfit is no exception. Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited has just locked in two commercial units at Lotus Grandeur, a high‑rise on Veera Desai Road, Andheri West.

The lease runs for 28 months, starting on August 1, 2026, with the formal agreement recorded a month later on September 1. The initial licence fee is set at ₹8,26,875 per month – that’s just the opening chapter. As per the contract, the rent bumps up by 5 % every 12 months, meaning the monthly outlay climbs to roughly ₹8,68,000 from the thirteenth month and nudges up again to about ₹9,12,000 for the final four months.

All told, the total rent over the entire term adds up to approximately ₹2.46 crore. The deal also includes a security deposit of ₹30 lakh and two dedicated parking spots on the eighth floor, which should make commuting a little easier for the crew.

This isn’t the first time the production house has been on the property market in Mumbai. Back in October 2025, it splurged on two luxury apartments in Prabhadevi for a combined ₹36.57 crore, and a year earlier it rented a pair of flats in Lokhandwala at ₹1.8 lakh per month. The Andheri lease, however, marks a shift toward larger, more commercial‑grade space – probably to accommodate growing administrative needs as the company lines up new projects.

Sajid Nadiadwala, grandson of veteran filmmaker A.K. Nadiadwala, has a long résumé of blockbusters starring Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan – from “Housefull” to “Baaghi” and its sequels. While the cameras keep rolling, his team now has a fresh office backdrop in Andheri, ready to script the next big hit.
