Bowers arrives at RFK Racing with an impressive two-decade-long career, marked by transformative leadership roles.

His diverse background spans major leagues including the NFL, NBA, and MLB, where he consistently delivered impactful results. Most recently, Bowers served as the President of Business Operations for the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC, playing a pivotal role in the success of both franchises.

Prior to that, his tenure as President of the Orlando Magic saw him orchestrate a remarkable turnaround in business performance.

Perhaps one of his most celebrated achievements includes his time as Chief Marketing Officer for the Golden State Warriors. During his leadership, the Warriors transformed into a global brand, experiencing an unprecedented surge in revenue and fan base expansion, coinciding with their dynasty run of three NBA championships in four years.

He was also instrumental in the launch and success of the iconic Chase Center. Bowers' extensive resume also features significant contributions to the San Diego Padres as Chief Marketing Officer and his work with Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and the Big3 basketball league.
