Beyond the students, the rescued group included several workers, tourists, and a handful of senior officials who had been on a brief diplomatic tour. Their safe return marks the latest in a series of evacuations that have become, unfortunately, a recurring theme in regions experiencing sudden unrest.

As the chartered flight touched down in Baku, Azerbaijani authorities welcomed the Indian delegation with warm hospitality, providing necessary assistance and facilitating the onward journey.
