Noida Nightmare: Delivery Boy Holds Child at Knifepoint, Assaults Mother in Terrifying Apartment Attack

A chilling incident has sent shockwaves through Noida, as a routine delivery turned into a harrowing ordeal for a woman and her child. In a terrifying act of brazen criminality, a delivery boy allegedly held a young child at knifepoint, coercing the mother into undressing and performing an obscene act, while attempting to extort money.

The horrific event unfolded on Thursday evening when the accused, identified as Rajpal, arrived at a residential apartment in Noida Sector 78 to deliver a parcel.

What began as a seemingly ordinary transaction quickly escalated into a nightmare as Rajpal, instead of completing the delivery, pulled out a knife and threatened the woman.

The situation took a terrifying turn when the assailant seized the woman's young child, holding the knife to the innocent victim.

Under immense duress and fearing for her child's life, the distraught mother was forced to comply with his abhorrent demands, which included undressing and performing an obscene act.

Adding to the trauma, Rajpal also attempted to extort money from the terrified woman. The ordeal lasted for agonizing moments before the brave mother, seizing a desperate opportunity, managed to break free from the assailant's grasp, escaping with her child and immediately raising an alarm.

Responding with commendable swiftness, local police were alerted to the crime.

An FIR was registered promptly at Sector 113 Police Station. Based on the victim's brave testimony and quick action, police launched an immediate investigation, utilizing all available resources to track down the perpetrator.

Within hours of the complaint, the Noida Police successfully apprehended the accused, Rajpal, bringing an end to his short-lived freedom.

Rajpal has been booked under multiple stringent sections of the Indian Penal Code, reflecting the severity of his alleged crimes. These include IPC sections 376 (rape), 384 (extortion), 363 (kidnapping), 392 (robbery), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty).
