New London County Remembers: Honoring Recent Departures

It's with a heavy heart, as it always is, that we pause to reflect on the lives recently departed from our beloved New London County community. Each name here, you see, represents a unique story, a cherished individual whose absence will undoubtedly be felt by family, friends, and neighbors alike. This past period has, regrettably, brought with it news of several farewells, reminding us all of the precious, fleeting nature of life.

Among those we remember is Nancy Lee DeFranco, who passed away recently. Nancy, like so many in our area, contributed to the vibrant tapestry of life here, leaving behind a legacy of memories for those who knew and loved her. Her departure, much like any, leaves a void that time will eventually soften, but never truly erase. We extend our deepest sympathies to her grieving family.

We also acknowledge the passing of Jeffrey Charles White. Fava, Michael M. Corbo, Rose D. O'Connor, Edward J. O'Brien, and William "Bill" John Macneil. Each of these individuals leaves a distinct imprint, a personal history woven into the fabric of New London County.
