Water, electricity, heating and ventilation were all routed through the “backbone” of the cross‑frame, keeping the interior spaces free of intrusive ducts. Landscaping, handled by Shenzhen Este Design, reinforces the campus’s connection to its surroundings. Native grasses and low‑lying shrubs soften the concrete edges, while a series of small pools echo the nearby harbor waters. Construction was overseen by China Railway No.2 Engineering Group (Shenzhen) and coordinated with Pang Tsing Architecture and Planning Design Ltd. The whole endeavor covered roughly 46,447 m² and is slated for completion in 2025.
