Mumbai Operation Nabs Key Shooters Linked to Notorious Punjab Gangs

In a major triumph against organized crime, the Punjab Police Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), working in seamless coordination with central agencies, successfully apprehended two notorious shooters from Mumbai. The arrested individuals, Karamvir Singh, alias Ghora, and Harmeet Singh, alias Lucky, are key members of the formidable Lucky Patial and Davinder Bambiha gangs, both of whom have been actively involved in escalating gang rivalries across the region.

The duo’s capture brings to a close a months-long pursuit following their involvement in a shocking shooting incident that occurred on March 18 at Chandigarh's bustling Sector 26 grain market.

During the brazen attack, Gurlal Singh, a member of a rival gang, sustained serious injuries. The swift and decisive action by the authorities underscores their unwavering commitment to dismantle the intricate networks of criminal organizations.

According to official statements, Karamvir Singh and Harmeet Singh utilized a .30 bore pistol and a .32 bore pistol, respectively, during the Chandigarh assault.
