Mother of Two Arrested Under POCSO After Eloping with Minor in Kerala

In a deeply unsettling incident that has drawn significant public attention, a 32-year-old mother of two, identified as Nimmy, has been arrested under the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The arrest follows her elopement with a 17-year-old boy from Pala, Kottayam, an event that unfolded in June and has since led to a complex legal situation.

The intricate case began when the minor boy's parents filed a missing person complaint, sparking an intensive police investigation.
