This highest level of weather warning signifies the expectation of extremely heavy rainfall – exceeding 204.5 mm in 24 hours – posing significant risks to life and property.

For the past several hours, these regions have been experiencing relentless downpours, transforming streets into rivers and significantly disrupting daily life.

Commuters face severe challenges, with public transport services experiencing delays and some routes becoming impassable due to waterlogging. Local authorities are actively monitoring the situation, deploying emergency response teams to address any developing crises.
