Manteca Police Nab Five After Targeted Home Assault

Late Thursday evening, a quiet neighborhood on Tower Street in Manteca was shattered by a sudden, violent intrusion. Police say a group of five individuals forced their way into a homeowner’s house, tackled the resident and, in the chaos, one of the attackers drew a pistol and fired.
