Manhunt Underway: Shooting Victim Discovered Hiding in Southeast Portland, Suspects Remain Elusive

A tense scene unfolded in Southeast Portland recently when police discovered a shooting victim in a desperate attempt to hide from their assailants. The individual, whose identity has not yet been released, was found by officers after responding to reports of gunfire in a quiet residential area, sparking an immediate and intense search for those responsible.

Authorities were called to the vicinity of SE 82nd Avenue and Foster Road late Tuesday night following multiple 911 calls from concerned residents reporting shots fired.
