Love Song for Illusion Episode 2 Recap: Why Did Park Ji Hoon Save Hong Ye Ji From the King? By Starring Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji, Episode 2 was aired on Monday on KBS. The fantasy romance K drama revolves around Crown Prince Sajo Hyun who has an alter personality named Ak Hee. In , Ak Hee took over Sajo Hyun’s mind and met Ye Ji’s Yeon Woo, aka Kyera, the assassin.

He falls for her at first sight and decides to make her fall in love with him. When she swaps with the King’s chosen dancer, Ak Hee plays a trick by taking away her memories and making her his concubine. Love Song for Illusion Episode 2 shows Sajo Hyun returning to his original form and getting annoyed with Ak Hee’s actions.

He initially plans to let Kyera leave the palace but later saves her in front of the King. Love Song for Illusion Episode 2 spoilers: Park Ji Hoon brings Hong Ye Ji back to palace to protect her Love Song for Illusion begins with Ak Hee (Park Ji Hoon) telling Kyera that they share a close relationship.

As she has lost her memory, she believes him. The next day, Ak Hee is gone as Sajo Hyun takes over his mind. He finds out about Ak Hee’s plans regarding Kyera. When the King calls the two, asking why the dancer was swapped, Sajo Hyun surprisingly protects Ak Hee’s woman. He lies by saying that Kyera captivated him, and hence, he decided to make her his concubine.

She agrees with Sajo Hyun and appears to be slowly falling for him. The Crown Prince, who runs a clothing store secretly downtown, returns to the shop. He encounters Kyera, who ran away from the palace. He doesn’t stop her and lets her be free from the royals. As the news of her running away breaks in the palace, royal guards begin the search for her.

Sajo Hyun saves her from one of the guards and asks her to return to the palace with him for the time being. Kyera, on the other hand, tries to remember her identity in Love Song for Illusion Episode 2. She realizes that she is a good fighter and has seconds of flashbacks about her past. Meanwhile, Sajo Yoong (Hwang Hee), the King’s second son and a secret member of Kyera’s rebel group, gets worried about Kyera missing after entering the palace the other day.

He doesn’t know that she has become a concubine. After Sajo Hyun protects ’s character, he meets Ak Hee in his subconscious state. The latter doubts Sajo Hyun’s intentions of saving his woman but the Crown Prince assures him that he just paid respect to Ak Hee’s lover. The former thinks that the Crown Prince is trying to beat him using his woman as bait, and therefore, he has brought her back to the palace. The next morning, the royal guards bring Kyera to the royal court, where she is accused of being an assassin. As she doesn’t remember, she kept denying the allegations.

The King orders the guards to tie her up to a chair and torture her so that she reveals the truth. Sajo Hyun barges into the royal court and stops the King from punishing her by saying he will reveal the truth. Initially, it appears he will say something to save Kyera, but then he says, “That woman is indeed an assassin.” The betrayal leaves her in shock while the Crown Prince stands there with guilty eyes.
