Key Accused in RSS Activist Murder Killed in Dramatic Fazilka Police Encounter

His name frequently surfaced in connection with notorious gangsters Lakhbir Singh, also known as Landa, and Harvinder Singh, or Rinda – both of whom are believed to be orchestrating their illicit activities from abroad. Happy's criminal dossier was extensive, a grim ledger listing multiple charges, including murder, attempted murder, extortion, and armed robbery. Indeed, the authorities had previously announced a substantial reward for any information that could lead to his capture, underscoring the severity of his threat.
