Justice Prevails: Former Deputy Sentenced for Egregious Sexual Assault

A former deputy with the Greene County Sheriff's Office, Kyle Allen Biller, has been handed a significant prison sentence after being convicted of sexually assaulting an unconscious individual. The courtroom saw Biller, 26, appear in Greene County Circuit Court where Judge David B. Toscano delivered the verdict: a six-year sentence, with three years suspended, resulting in three years of active incarceration.

This grave outcome follows a two-day trial in January, which culminated in Biller's conviction for felony sexual assault.

The horrific incident transpired in February 2023, and it was the victim themselves who courageously identified Biller as their assailant, a crucial step that brought the case to light.

Beyond the immediate prison term, the court has imposed additional stringent conditions on Biller. Upon his release, he will be mandated to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life, a measure designed to protect the community.

Furthermore, he will be subject to supervised probation for a period of five years, ensuring continued oversight and accountability.

Biller's employment history with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office spanned from August 2021 until his arrest on February 27, 2023. Following the serious charges, he was promptly terminated from his position, underscoring the severity with which such allegations are treated within law enforcement agencies.
