The court, noting this glaring oversight and the continued distress of the petitioner, found that its original directions hadn't been honored. The decision to summon the District Magistrate of Prayagraj for July 21st, then, wasn't made lightly. It underscores the court's deep concern over the blatant disregard for its authority.
