It’s hard to miss the buzz surrounding Jana Nayagan these days. Vijay, who’s been juggling the role of Tamil Nadu’s chief minister and a film icon, finally saw his latest political‑action drama turn into a box‑office juggernaut.

By the time the fourth day rolled around, the film had already crossed the ₹200 crore milestone on a worldwide basis. That figure isn’t just a round number – it’s a testament to the massive pull Vijay still commands, both on the silver screen and in the political arena.

Let’s break down the numbers. On Day 4, the film chalked up a net collection of roughly ₹32 crore in India, spread across 12,107 shows. This pushed the domestic net tally to ₹124.75 crore, while the gross collection in the country now sits at about ₹145.98 crore.
