Invitation to Qualify: Professional A/E Services for Charleston Police Department Vehicle Maintenance Facility Renovation

The City of Charleston Procurement Division is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to submit their qualifications for a significant renovation project. We are issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Architectural/Engineering Services related to the comprehensive renovation of the Charleston Police Department Vehicle Maintenance Facility, located at 3865 Leeds Avenue, Charleston, SC 29405.

This critical project encompasses a full spectrum of design services.

The selected firm will be responsible for delivering complete architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and landscape design plans. Furthermore, the scope of work includes essential bid and construction administration services, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Additionally, the firm will oversee any required special inspections, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
