Industrial Flow Solutions Takes Full Control of OverWatch® Direct In‑Line Pump Production

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – July 20, 2026 – After a few years of careful planning and a series of strategic moves, Industrial Flow Solutions (IFS) finally announced that it is now the lone, end‑to‑end producer of its proprietary OverWatch® Direct In‑Line Pump family. In plain English, the company now designs, builds and services every pump in the line – from the DIP Système and DIP‑Booster to the DomoDIP, SIDINOX, DIPCut and all the accompanying accessories.

The story began back in 2019 when IFS first started buying into the intellectual property of the OverWatch platform from Italy’s SIDE Industrie. By 2021 the deal was complete: IFS owned the global commercial rights and the entire IP portfolio. SIDE continued to stitch the parts together in its own factories while IFS quietly set up its own production lines on two opposite sides of the Atlantic.

Fast‑forward to late 2025, and the company’s new‑plant investments in New Haven, Connecticut, and Monselice, Italy were finally ready for prime time. Those facilities now churn out the pumps, apply the final testing, and ship them out to customers across the Americas, Europe and the rest of the world.
