The sheer breadth of this initiative is remarkable. We're talking about projects spanning nearly every critical sector you can imagine: roads, railways, ports and waterways, power, petroleum and natural gas, civil aviation, telecommunications, and even dedicated industrial corridors. In fact, any logistics and connectivity infrastructure project costing over Rs 500 crore now gets routed through the NPG – a testament to the rigorous, integrated approach. And it’s not just recommendations; a good number of these projects are already in motion, with 256 having been sanctioned and 198 actively under implementation.
