Home Invasion Horror: 60-Year-Old Man Assaulted, Robbed in Cambridge

Imagine being safe in your own home, only for that cherished sense of security to be brutally shattered. That's precisely what happened to a 60-year-old man in Cambridge this past Sunday night, when two strangers reportedly forced their way in, assaulted him, and made off with his watch. It’s a truly unsettling incident, isn't it?

The whole terrifying ordeal unfolded around 10:15 p.m. in a quiet residential area, specifically near Park Hill Road West and Grand Avenue South. For reasons currently unknown, these two individuals – one male, one female – targeted the residence, gaining entry and confronting the homeowner. It must have been absolutely disorienting, to say the least, to suddenly find intruders inside your personal space.

During the home invasion, the 60-year-old resident was assaulted by the culprits. While the exact details of the attack haven't been fully disclosed, we do know he sustained non-life-threatening injuries, thankfully. Paramedics were called to the scene to provide medical attention, which is a small mercy in such a traumatic situation. After the assault, the intruders snatched a watch from the victim before quickly fleeing into the night.

The male suspect is described as being approximately 5’10” tall with a slender build, and he was reportedly wearing a dark hoodie and track pants. His accomplice, the female suspect, is said to be around 5’4” tall, with an average build, and was also wearing a dark hoodie.
