HireQuotient and BambooHR Join Forces to Streamline Frontline Hiring

HireQuotient partners with BambooHR to automate frontline worker recruitment

The two firms have integrated HireQuotient's EasySource AI platform into the BambooHR Marketplace, letting employers reach and pre‑screen desk‑less talent with automated texts and AI‑driven calls.

In a move that could change the way companies fill hourly and desk‑less roles, HireQuotient announced on Friday that its EasySource artificial‑intelligence recruiting engine will now be available on the BambooHR Marketplace.

BambooHR, which already supports more than 30,000 North‑American businesses that rely on frontline staff, said the integration will let its clients tap directly into an AI‑powered talent pool for sectors ranging from construction and retail to healthcare and insurance.

Traditional applicant‑tracking systems are good at storing resumes and moving candidates through onboarding, but they often wait for people to apply on their own. That can leave shift gaps open for days, especially when workers aren’t glued to a computer screen. EasySource flips that script. It scours public data, matches skill sets, then sends a friendly text to potential candidates. If they respond, an AI‑driven voice screening call kicks in, asking a short series of job‑relevant questions.

Those who pass the initial screen are automatically pushed into BambooHR’s own applicant‑tracking workflow, eliminating the need for recruiters to copy data between spreadsheets or manually update records.

“HireQuotient fills a vital gap in frontline hiring,” said Paul Wiscombe, an account executive at BambooHR. “The texting, AI calls and proactive candidate identification let employers add a full recruiting capability to a platform they already trust, without breaking the bank.”

Bernd Waltermann, a board member at HireQuotient and former managing director of BCG Southeast Asia, added that the partnership reflects current labour‑market realities. “It’s a win‑win for both companies,” he noted, praising the leadership that made the integration happen so quickly.

For businesses that struggle to keep schedules full, especially when workers are on the move all day, the combined solution promises faster hires, lower costs and a smoother experience for both recruiters and applicants.
