Heartbreak on Jaipur Roads: Speeding Luxury Car Kills Two, Injures Four Pedestrians

It all unfolded in the early hours, around 1:30 AM, on the elevated road near Chomu pulia circle in Jaipur’s Shastri Nagar. Eyewitness accounts paint a terrifying picture: a high-end BMW, seemingly out of control, careened directly into people who were simply trying to navigate the city streets. The sheer force of the impact, one can only imagine, must have been utterly brutal.

Tragically, the collision instantly claimed the lives of 35-year-old Ram Singh and 40-year-old Renu, leaving their families utterly devastated. Beyond these two fatalities, four other pedestrians sustained injuries, some quite severe. Among them, heartbreakingly, was Ram Singh's own two-year-old daughter, a stark reminder of the indiscriminate nature of such a senseless act. The individual behind the wheel has been identified as Siddharth Sharma. And here's where the story gets even more infuriating, if that's even possible. Reports suggest Sharma was not only driving recklessly fast but was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
