Heartbreak in Delhi: 17-Year-Old Stabbed to Death in Samaypur Badli, Five Minors Held

The night of the incident, Monday around 10:30 PM, started like any other for Adarsh. He was simply returning home to Siraspur after visiting his grandmother. But his journey took a horrific turn near his grandmother’s place. According to police reports, passersby discovered him lying there, in a pool of his own blood, having suffered multiple stab wounds. They rushed him to the hospital, desperate to save him, but sadly, it was too late. He was declared dead upon arrival, leaving behind a grieving family and a community in shock.

The police, bless their diligence, sprang into action immediately. A case was registered under Section 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code at the Samaypur Badli police station. Their investigation led them down several avenues, including poring over crucial CCTV footage from the vicinity. And within a short span, their efforts bore fruit. They apprehended five individuals in connection with Adarsh’s murder. What's particularly alarming, and frankly, quite disturbing, is that all five suspects are minors themselves.

Initially, there were whispers and concerns that the motive might have been a snatching attempt or a dispute over some money. However, as the investigation deepened, the picture became clearer, and arguably, even more troubling. The police now believe the gruesome attack wasn't about a random robbery at all, but rather the culmination of an old, festering enmity between Adarsh and the group of accused minors.
