Heartbreak at IIT Bombay: Student Dies in Tragic Hostel Terrace Fall

According to preliminary reports and statements from his friends, Darshan was reportedly sitting with them on the parapet wall of the fourth-floor terrace when, in a horrifying instant, he lost his balance and fell. You can only imagine the immediate panic and horror that must have gripped his companions.

In a desperate attempt to save him, Darshan’s friends acted swiftly, rushing him to Fortis Hospital in Vashi. Despite their best efforts and the quick response, he was tragically declared dead upon arrival. It’s a truly heartbreaking situation for everyone involved, especially for his close friends who witnessed the terrifying incident unfold.

Authorities, meanwhile, swiftly registered an accidental death report (ADR) – a standard, though somber, procedure when a life is suddenly lost under such circumstances.
