Gunfire Echoes Through Lake Hills Home Amid Domestic Dispute

On a quiet Tuesday afternoon in Lake Hills, a 911 call about a domestic dispute sent Algonquin police racing to a suburban residence on Maple Street. What they found inside was unsettling: a handgun had been fired, the echo of the shot still ringing in the cramped living room.

According to Officer Jenna Martinez, the caller—who wished to remain anonymous—reported hearing a loud bang and seeing smoke drifting from the hallway.
