Godrej Properties Secures Massive Land Deal in Greater Noida for ₹7,000‑Cr Housing Venture

In a move that’s turning heads across the Delhi‑NCR real‑estate landscape, Godrej Properties announced it has snapped up a huge stretch of land in Greater Noida for an eye‑watering ₹7,000 crore (about $900 million). The plot, strategically located near the Noida‑Greater Noida Expressway, spans roughly 1,500 acres – enough space to imagine an entire city within a city.

What does this mean for home‑buyers? In plain English, Godrej is gearing up to roll out a massive residential township that could eventually host as many as 75,000 housing units.
