Imagine this: you've just finished a late-night shoot, perhaps tired but buzzing from creativity, heading home around 12:30 AM. That’s exactly where Namra was, near a bustling market in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad. Out of nowhere, two men on a motorcycle pulled up alongside her car. Before she could even fully process what was happening, one of them smashed her car window with a brick – can you believe it? – and then, shockingly, tried to drag her out. It must have been absolutely petrifying. Somehow, in that moment of pure adrenaline, she managed to escape their grip, accelerate, and drive away to safety. What a close call.

Naturally, this wasn't something to take lightly. Her father, understandably concerned for her safety, immediately filed a First Information Report (FIR) at the Vijay Nagar police station. The charges are serious, falling under sections like 307 (attempt to murder) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. The police, recognizing the gravity of the incident and the clear threat, have really stepped up. They've assigned two armed police personnel to be with her 24/7. It’s a significant measure, indicating they’re taking this very seriously. They’re actively investigating, poring over CCTV footage, trying to piece together who these attackers were and bring them to justice.
