Former Student's Vandalism Spree Shocks Folsom Community

A recent wave of vandalism has left residents of Folsom, California, reeling, culminating in the arrest of a former student whose actions reportedly caused extensive damage across multiple sites. The Folsom Police Department announced the apprehension of 18-year-old Isaac Christopher Meno, identified as the primary suspect behind a series of destructive acts that targeted public and private property, including a local high school and a church.
