Early Morning Shooting Rocks Brampton: One Critical, Police Search for Two Suspects

The calm of an early Monday morning in Brampton was abruptly broken by the sound of gunfire, leaving one person critically injured and prompting a swift response from Peel Regional Police. Police officers were called to the area near Royal West Drive and Queen Street West just after 1:30 a.m. upon receiving reports of a shooting. Arriving quickly, they discovered an individual suffering from gunshot wounds. The injuries, tragically, were quite serious, described by officials as critical. Paramedics wasted no time, rushing the victim to a trauma centre, where they are now fighting for their life.

As the immediate crisis was handled, the focus quickly shifted to finding those responsible. Investigators are currently on the hunt for two suspects.
