Driver Pulled from Detroit River After Car Breaks Through Dingell Park Fence

On Thursday, around noon, a startling scene unfolded at Dingell Park. A driver, for reasons still unclear, sped toward the park’s perimeter, rammed the low fence and the vehicle plummeted into the chilly waters of the Detroit River.
