Simply open the IndianOil ONE app, find the 'LPG e-KYC' option, and follow the prompts. It'll guide you through using the Aadhaar FaceRD app to verify your identity with your face – pretty clever, actually!

If Bharat Gas is your provider, then the Hello BPCL app is your go-to. Similar to Indane, this app uses Aadhaar-based face authentication. Just like before, you might need the Aadhaar FaceRD app to make that facial verification magic happen. Open Hello BPCL, look for the e-KYC section, and it should walk you through the steps to link your Aadhaar and complete the process.

And for HP Gas users, you have a couple of options. You can use the HP Pay app, or you can go directly through the Aadhaar FaceRD app. Either way, the process involves linking your Aadhaar and verifying your identity, likely using the face recognition feature. Just pick the option that feels most comfortable for you.

Before you start, make sure you have a few things handy. You'll definitely need your Aadhaar card or its number, along with a mobile number that’s properly linked to both your LPG account and your Aadhaar. Don't forget your LPG consumer number or LPG ID.
