This adjustment will see the elimination of the hotel's exclusive 30-minute early access to Pixar Pier within Disney California Adventure.

For years, guests at what was formerly Paradise Pier Hotel, and now the reimagined Pixar Place Hotel, enjoyed a unique advantage: dedicated early entry directly into Pixar Pier, allowing them to experience popular attractions like Incredicoaster and Toy Story Midway Mania! with lighter crowds.

This specific benefit was a significant draw for many choosing to stay at the Pixar-themed property, offering a distinct edge over other resort hotels for fans of that particular land.

However, as part of a broader strategy to standardize guest benefits across its premium accommodations, Disneyland is moving towards a unified early entry system.

Starting in January 2025, all guests staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort hotels – the iconic Disneyland Hotel, the luxurious Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and the vibrant Pixar Place Hotel – will now receive a consistent 30-minute early entry into both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.

This revised policy grants access to all available attractions in the designated lands during the early entry period, rather than limiting it to a specific themed area.

While the loss of the Pixar Place Hotel's exclusive Pixar Pier perk might disappoint some loyal visitors, the overarching goal is to provide a more equitable and comprehensive early entry experience for all resort hotel guests.
