Delhi BJP to Host Massive 'Thank You Modiji' Blood Donation Drive on PM's Birthday

Delhi is gearing up for a truly impactful celebration this September 17th, as the Delhi BJP prepares to launch a massive 'Thank You Modiji' blood donation drive, coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday. This ambitious initiative is more than just a birthday tribute; it’s a heartfelt gesture of gratitude and a vital step towards bolstering the capital's blood banks.

Under the banner of the 'Seva Aur Samarpan Abhiyan' (Service and Dedication Campaign), this drive is part of a larger, nationwide effort that runs from September 17th to October 7th.

This period commemorates two decades of Prime Prime Minister Modi's dedicated service in public office, a remarkable journey that began with his tenure as Gujarat's Chief Minister and continues as India's Prime Minister.

The Delhi BJP has set an impressive target: to collect a staggering 1,000 units of blood in each of Delhi's 14 districts, aiming for a grand total of 14,000 units across the capital.

To achieve this, numerous blood donation camps will be organized across all 14 districts and 70 assembly constituencies, ensuring widespread participation and accessibility for volunteers keen to contribute.

Key figures, including BJP national general secretary Arun Singh and Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta, have already convened to meticulously plan and coordinate this extensive campaign.

Delhi BJP general secretary Kuljeet Chahal emphasized the profound sentiment behind the drive, stating that Prime Minister Modi has dedicated his entire life to serving the nation, its poor, and its needy. "The party decided to dedicate this drive as a mark of respect and gratitude towards him," Chahal remarked, highlighting the deep appreciation felt by the party members.
