It was during this time that ASI Mahesh Chand, assigned to the Shalimar Bagh police station, allegedly approached her and engaged in behavior deemed highly inappropriate. The woman claims the officer made unsolicited gestures and comments that left her feeling deeply uncomfortable and threatened.

Demonstrating remarkable presence of mind and courage, the woman quickly and discreetly used her mobile phone to record the officer's alleged misconduct.
