Authorities said Keith Bequette, 50, of Milpitas was riding his bicycle on the tracks when he was struck by an ACE train about 9:20 a.m. Jan. 2 near Auto Mall Parkway and Nobel Drive. ACE trains serve commuters between Stockton and Santa Clara. No one on board the train was injured. ACE trains are operated by Union Pacific Railroad.
