In the end, four individuals were taken into custody. Giovante Warren, 30, and Imara Hutton, 26, both from Fairfield, along with Kwesi Guss, 25, of Richmond, were arrested on suspicion of felony evading. Interestingly, Brian Davis, 26, from Redwood City, faced a slightly different charge: accessory after the fact. All four were subsequently booked into Santa Rita Jail.
